Fruit and vegetable crops regularly use different solutions to limit the development of fungal and bacterial diseases that appear at different stages of the growing period. In many cultures, there is little or no effective solutions. The cost factor very often remains too important. To these technical considerations is added the potential impact of certain treatments on the environment, the user or the consumer. This observation is a motivation for Phytoauxilium, which has been involved for many years in the research and development of security solution specially adapted to this type of culture and their pathogenic characteristics. We are also working on the development of natural solutions to increase the shelf life of fruits and vegetables at post harvest stage.
